“On February 8th, Artist Alice Warnecke Sutro performed a marathon drawing session of 20 couples in 12 hours, drawing couples onto a long scroll descending from her hand built large easel located on the top floor of the Harmon Guest House four story light well. The finished piece remained intact and hanging until February 14th, after that time participants were invited back to cut off and claim their portrait. Each double portrait takes 30-40 minutes and there is no erasing.”
